The mix is the whole point: a room of identical round tables is a banquet hall, not a restaurant, so sizes, shapes and table angles vary the way a working floor does.

Circulation is drawn rather than implied: a wide aisle runs the booth wall, a service path splits the middle of the floor, and the door opens into both.
