A 1,260-seat horseshoe — Parterre, Grand Tier and Balcony stacked as floors around the stage, with tiered West and East opera boxes down each side.

The horseshoe is what makes an opera house hard to chart: boxes sit at an angle to the stage and price on their own logic, so they are modelled as their own blocks rather than as rows.
